Goshen  House Bed & Breakfast Policies

• Rates are based on double occupancy
• Full breakfast served in the dining room from 8:00 to 10:30 AM
• Breakfast in the Goshen Suite is optional.
• Check-in @ 3:00 PM
• Check-out @ 11:00 AM
• We cannot accept pets as we have two dogs of our own, but we can recommend boarding facilities nearby
• Goshen House is a non-smoking B & B, you may smoke outdoors in designated areas
• We accept children over age 12

• As our business is family operated and we do occasionally work outside the home, if your stay is for a Sunday, Monday, or Tuesday evening, we do require 48 hours notice prior to your booking date to accept your reservation.

• Cancellations at least 7 days before scheduled arrival date are accepted without penalty.
• Cancellations with less than 7 days notice are charged and issued a gift certificate.
• No shows are charged the full reservation rate.
